We're bringin' Shermy back this week, in hopes it leads to another Aggie loss.
Big 12 play continues this week, although the intriguing matchups are few and far between. Oklahoma State's trip to Austin to play wounded Texas is the biggest matchup this week. Pokelahoma will be looking to keep its record unblemished and send Texas to 1-2 in conference play. Of course, there is also that small matter of the final Battle of the Brazos in College Station. Spencer sums up what should be your feelings on this matchup (someone call the WAAAAAAAAAMBULANCE for Tim DeRuyter, seriously) (actually, read the whole thing. It's good. Which should go without saying).
The Big 12 schedule is below. There are probably some good national games, too, but I can't find this week's College Football Buffet, so I guess I'll just be all old-timey and tell you to check your local listings. Now get off my damn lawn and watch some football. The K-State game thread will be posted one hour before game time.
Baylor vs. Texas A&M, Kyle Field, College Station, Texas, 11:00 a.m.
Iowa State vs. Missouri, Memorial Stadium/Faurot Field, Columbia, Mo., 1:00 p.m. (IT'S MISSOURI'S HOMECOMING YOU GUYS, YOU SHOULD REALLY CARE OR SOMETHING)
Oklahoma State vs. Texas, Darrel K. Royal/Texas Memorial Stadium, Austin, Texas, 2:30 p.m.
Oklahoma vs. KU, Memorial Stadium, Lawrence, Kan., 8:15 p.m. (!) (I know Halloween's coming up, but don't let the kids stay up and watch this. It will be too gruesome and horrifying)
