K-State Announces Sellout for UCF Game

Bill Snyder Family Stadium will be at full capacity for the second time in three home games Saturday, after K-State officials announced Friday that all remaining tickets to the UCF game are sold out. Saturday’s sellout crowd will mark the first time since 2004 that two Wildcat home games in the same season have been at full capacity and the first time since 1999 that two non-conference home match-ups drew crowds of more than 50,000. Following a season-opening record crowd of 51,059 for the UCLA game, the Wildcats played in front of 48,672 against Missouri State. With more than 50,000 expected Saturday, the school record of 143,744 for the first three home non-conference games, set back in 2000, is well within reach.
