K-State's women's basketball team drilled North Dakota, 76-49, last night at Bramlage.  The win got the ladies back on track after their first loss of the season, to Iowa.

Mizzou won in a thriller last night over Vanderbilt.  Marcus Denmon put the game into overtime with a layup late, and played despite the fact that his cousin died of gunshot wounds on Tuesday.

In other Big 12 hoops action, Texas Tech fell to TCU (ugh), Oklahoma State beat Tulsa, Colorado got by Colorado State in overtime, Nebraska beat Alcorn State (but not as bad as K-State did!), and the A&M school from College Station beat the A&M school from Prairie View.

Is Miami talking to Bo Pelini about its coaching vacancy?  This can't be.  Please don't tell me the Big 10's not going to have to put up with this guy.

While we're talking about Nebraska, this is pretty funny.

Urban Meyer has resigned at Florida.  I won't name names, but they're welcome to our defensive coordinator.
