Wildcats Swat Hornets

Behind a career-high performance from Freddy Asprilla, along with season-high performances from Jacob Pullen and Rodney McGruder, the Kansas State men’s basketball team improved to 6-1 this season after dismantling Emporia State 85-61. Asprilla was too much for the Hornets to handle on the block, scoring 17 points on an efficient 8-of-10 shooting night. He also pulled down eight rebounds, including five on the offensive end, to lead all players Monday night.
