You can also dial 511 in Kansas to receive road condition information. It looks like the worst of the weather has moved east of Manhattan ( Weather Channel current conditions here), but it's bitterly cold and the roads are still a mess (especially the eastern and southeastern parts of the state). Please drive carefully, winter storms and the bitter cold up there are nothing to mess around with.
