The fourth annual K-State Family Reunion is just one month away, and K-State remains on track to reach unprecedented marks in season and total ticket sales as seats to all seven of the Wildcats’ home football games at Bill Snyder Family Stadium this season remain in high demand. A very limited number of seats remain for the Missouri State, North Texas, KU, Oklahoma State and Texas games, while great seats still are available for the highly anticipated match-up with Miami on Sept. 8 and the Oct. 27 Homecoming game with Texas Tech. Heading into the Sept. 1 opener against Missouri State, which kicks off at 6 p.m., K-State has surpassed last year’s public season ticket total by more than 3,000 and expects to reach record levels prior to the start of the season. And with continued support from one of the best student sections in the country, evidenced by the 1,200-plus additional student tickets sold this year compared to the same date a year ago, it is well within reach for Wildcat Nation to sell out all seven home games in a season for the first time in program history.

Kansas State football fans have stepped up for a third straight season — athletics officials announced Thursday that all tickets to Saturday’s Family Reunion matchup with Eastern Kentucky are sold out.

With a capacity crowd expected for next Saturday’s K-State Family Reunion, K-State Athletics officials announced Friday that fewer than 2,500 tickets remain for the season opener against Eastern Kentucky.

Kansas State athletics officials have set kick times for the Wildcats’ first two football games. Both the K-State Family Reunion against Eastern Kentucky and the Kent State games will carry 6 p.m. start times at Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

After a season-opening record crowd of more than 50,000 people took part in the inaugural K-State Family Reunion last season, Wildcat fans are closing in on making another national statement — less than 3,500 tickets remain for the Sept. 4 match-up with UCLA. "We have another opportunity on September 4 to showcase Kansas State University and show the entire country the passion and loyalty of Wildcat Nation," said Athletics Director John Currie. "Coach Snyder and our student-athletes are very appreciative of our fans and need their support, not only for one of the most exciting season-opening match-ups in recent history against UCLA, but all season long."
