Texas Tech QB Graham Harrell made the cut and is among 10 finalists for the prestigious Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, announced Tuesday by the organization sponsoring the honor. The Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Educational Foundation, Inc., along with sponsor Transamerica, will narrow the group to five Nov. 10 and select the winner Dec. 2.
