Enjoy it, fellow Wildcat fans. The streak that has lasted the entirety of my life and probably a sizable chunk of most of yours has come to its end. While we all knew this day would come at some point, it has been a brutal wait.
More than just a streak, this game showed that this team has taken the opportunity to step up and show they are a team to be reckoned with. All that talk about the early-season struggles has been put to bed and we can now focus on what the future holds. The players and coaches--and really, us as fans--need to take this one game at a time. But for tonight, enjoy it K-Staters. I only wish I was in Aggieville tonight to buy a round for all my friends.

Tonight in Dallas was great. Being a long way away from Manhattan I sure wish I was there, but the alumni in Dallas was at full force. Congrats Cats and continue to dominate the conference.

you guys have a very good team, and they simply played better than us.
we all knew how good beasley was, and even walker, but pullen really surprised me.
pullen beat us, straight up. you guys are definitely more than just beasley+walker, and with that hot shooting will make a serious run deep into march.

Thank goodness that's over! It was amazing to finally get the chance to storm that court after defeating the jayhawks!
