"The best part for the Weis family now is we can see the end of the rainbow," the coach said. "Then I'm going to retire with my wife and my son."

http://www.fbschedules.com/2011/11/ucf-oklahoma-working-on-home-and-home-football-series/Let's give congratulations to the seventeen members of the KSU football team that earned their degrees this fall. That includes standouts such as Klein, Harper, and BOTC first-team all-Big12 pick, David Garrett. However, Klein and Harper, you've got eligibility left, so go get a Master's degree or a dual major or something. You can't leave yet. TB will find you and hug your leg until you promise you won't go.
Its down to the finals in the coach of the year vote. Follow the link to the official BOTC bowl pick'em for this year. Sorry I was so late with this, but you still have a week to complete your picks, so quit whining. As with last year, there will be a prize for the winner with an identity to be determined later by Dear Leader TB (although it's likely to be something that can be worn on one's torso...) Also, in the interest of fairness, I will also promote EMAW 4 Ever's ESPN Bowl Mania group, but please note that his is not the official group and there will be no BOTC-sanctioned prize.
I am not a proponent of a multi-round college football playoff system. While it would certainly be interesting for fans, I do not think it is in the best interest of our football student-athletes. Generally the season is long enough considering the physical demands of the game and the fact that the players are indeed supposed to be students first.
AD John Currie, in a letter that was just delivered to my KSU student email account. It's very disappointing to hear a man I respect spout the cliched nonsense about a playoff not being "in the best interest of our football student-athletes." Hopefully the people looking at the proposed plus-one model will ignore this type of claptrap. This is not a joke! This is not a drill! This is HAHAHAHAH OH AWESOMESAUCE
I have created a BOTC Bowl Mania group on ESPN.com, it is open to all, the password is K-State
