I'm from Iowa and a longtime K-State fan! I will be attending my first trip to the Little Apple and just looking for suggestions. My girlfriend, me, and another couple will be going to the Miami game. We won't have time to tailgate before the game but we are planning on heading out to the bars after the game into the night (we're staying at a hotel that night in Manhattan). We're all around 30 yrs. of age and wouldn't mind college bars early and then maybe something less "college" later on, if that makes sense? Any suggestions? Any other suggestions for some Manhattan first timers would be great too, like a good place to buy KSU gear or merchandise before/after the game, etc. Also, I think it'd be great to get a pic with Willy, does anybody know where you can go or where there's a good place to be to get a pic with the fella?
