So i'm inviting you all to come out and watch some soccer (yes the thing were we kick the ball, and then act like we've broken a leg every time we fall)! I'm the president of the team and we've worked real hard to keep this tournament going and it's on it's 33rd year! I know most of you have probably never seen a soccer club game but it's actually pretty competitive! This year we have 8 teams in our field for guys and 4 teams for the girls, they include K-state, KU, OU, SIUE, Pitt State, Truman State, Emporia State, SLU, and Creighton so it's going to be some pretty good soccer! What is actually important though is our (Guys) first game is against KU on Friday night at 7:30, so if you want to watch the chickens get a whoopin then you should come on down to memorial stadium to watch! Also this year I reached out to Ft. Riley and we have now teamed up to form a partnership with the 1-5 Artillery Unit there (same unit that was teamed up with Frank's Elite Eight team) and they will be out there as well so we should have a pretty decent showing (this is club soccer so 200 is extraordinary for us).
