Pitt, Syracuse Officially Join the ACC

In a blitzkrieg move, the ACC has poached Pitt and Syracuse from the Big East. The Austin American Statesman is reporting that UT and the Pac-12 may have reached a compromise on TLN that would lead to Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State to join the Pac-12. I'm not sure I could dream up a worse scenario. The Big East is dead, the ACC is going to at least 14 teams, and may add UConn and Rutgers to get to 16, and Texas may be interested in the Pac-12 now. Unless somehow, some way the SEC or the Big 10 are options for K-State, I'm not seeing a landing spot in a major conference.
