Junior Rodney McGruder starred for the East Coast All-Stars on Saturday with team highs in both points and rebounds, but it was not enough as the Georgian national team posted a 98-81 win at the Four Nations Cup before 3,100 at the Saku Arena in Tallinn, Estonia.

On the heels of his game-winner Friday against Sweden, McGruder earned his first double-double of the trip with game-highs in points (22) and rebounds (14) against Georgia.
