Brian Hertzog (b. May 21, 1988) is probably best described as "undersized." For a 214-pound linebacker who stands less than 6 feet tall, that's pretty generous.

He redshirted in 2007, played in two games in 2008 with no statistics and saw no playing time in 2009 as a member of the scout team.

I'm assuming he continued in that capacity last year, along with perhaps appearing on special teams at some point.

I'm also assuming he will continue in that capacity in this, his final season as a Wildcat.
