Edward Lee Brown (b. Dec. 25, 1990) generated a little buzz in August 2010 as a pass-catcher, but not enough to avoid the near-inevitable redshirt that most incoming freshmen must succumb to under Bill Snyder.
He caught two passes for 24 yards for the White team in the spring game, which doesn't exactly herald a breakout freshman season, especially considering the exploits of Arrison Davis and Curry Sexton for that same squad.
He may make an impact in future season; he may not. Not making any predictions either way.
