Jason King broke a 5-5 tie with a RBI triple in the seventh inning, supporting Evan Marshall's 2.1 no-hit innings of relief pitching, and Kansas State topped Cal State Bakersfield 8-6 on Tuesday at Tointon Family Stadium. The Wildcats improved to 27-17 on the year and 18-5 at home. K-State also captured the four-game season series against the Roadrunners after winning both games in Bakersfield last week.
