Jordy Nelson, former Kansas State football All-American and a member of the Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the Wildcats’ baseball game against No. 7 Oklahoma on Friday. Coming off a win Sunday over No. 5 Texas A&M, K-State’s baseball team will host the seventh-ranked Sooners at 6:30 p.m. Friday. The series continues Saturday with a 2 p.m. first pitch before Sunday’s series finale at 1 p.m.
