BOTC Official Bowl Pick'em
Follow the link to the official BOTC bowl pick'em for this year.
Sorry I was so late with this, but you still have a week to complete your picks, so quit whining.
As with last year, there will be a prize for the winner with an identity to be determined later by Dear Leader TB (although it's likely to be something that can be worn on one's torso...)
Also, in the interest of fairness, I will also promote EMAW 4 Ever's ESPN Bowl Mania group, but please note that his is not the official group and there will be no BOTC-sanctioned prize.

Since I can't remember last year's winning strategy,
this year I’m picking based on random guesses so someone else can win.

DAMMIT!
You’ve basically just insured that you WILL win again!
Haven’t you ever played an NCAA Tournament Bracket contest before?
The person who spent the least amount of time weighing match-ups and makes decions based on arbitrary factors not related to the teams’ respective abilities ALWAYS WINS!
Would you like some Freys with that?

That definitely applied last year, as I think I spent 10 minutes on all picks
including the changing of picks after the New Year.

As long as you put the t-shirt on a cute girl and take a picture again...
…it’s all good.

I usually suck at these
But when I saw I could win a BOTC sanctioned permissible benefit, I said, why the hell not? I’m pretty sure last year I was in the bottom 3 or 4.
"Nor yet in Dell?"
When i put my bowl mania fanshot up i had no idea there was already a BOTC pick'em out there but it is open to anyone but not official
Technically, you beat me to it this year.
But I win because of the grandfather clause, i.e. we did it last year.
Also, we have T-shirts.
…
But yours will be fun, too, I’m sure. :-)
And technically I beat both of you to it when I posted my fanshot.
That’s ok. I never said mine was the official BOTC pick’em either.

I couldn't help but pick a couple of these on principle
I.e. Texas losing because I can’t stand to see them win, and the same with Alabama because… well we won’t get into that… Sadly though as much as I hate… and i mean HATE! Boise State, I just couldn’t pick them to lose if I was taking this seriously at all.
Basically what I’m saying is that I hope someone else enjoys the t-shirt because there’s no hope for me winning it I don’t think.
Play the confidence points.
If you really think that Boise will win, but you don’t want to pick them on principle, then just put them at the bottom of your confidence points.
That way, you will only lose one point when they win.
Would you like some Freys with that?

See, I do it the opposite way.
If I want to pick AGAINST them, but think they’ll actually win, I pick against them and put them at the bottom of my confidence list.

That's pretty much exactly what I said.

I somehow read it as the reverse.
That’s what happens when you’re trying to write up a final task force report on low persistence rates at community colleges, while also thinking about sports.

I'll let it go THIS time.

I'll be surprised if I finish above last place.
