PrintThis is where I should put a bunch of snarky comments towards the BCS and anyone else involved with selecting teams BUT I think the Cotton Bowl has the best match up that is likely to produce an entertaining and competitive game so I think this is a win-win for both Arkansas and K-State.
The results indicate that if you want to know how K-State is going to do during football season, just structure a poll on BOTC before the season begins. The only game that was not polled correctly in the preseason was Missouri. The weekly polls were not as accurate as they included the margin of victory. 3 games had the correct margin of victory and winner, while 3 games had the correct winner but missed the margin of victory and 2 games had the incorrect winner and margin of victory.

My confidence level is about where it was for the Baylor game
Really have no strong feeling one way or the other.
Felt strongly we’d beat Miami, Baylor was totally 50/50 and confidence of beating Mizzou was just a tad bit stronger in favor of the Cats, but very close to Baylor. It was like 55/45 in favor of KSU winning.
I’m right where I was for the Baylor game. Really don’t know how it will end up.

This game doesn't scare me as much as I thought it would when I first saw it
I was a little afraid when I first saw it but when you look at Arkansas this year they gave up a lot of rushing yards and the closest QB to Collin Klein they faced this year was Jordan Jefferson. But what really stands out is their wins, when you look at their wins/loses against quality competition (bama, aTm, Auburn, Vandy, South Carolina, and LSU) they struggled against every single one except Auburn. The only other big win out of that group was South Carolina after Marcus Lattimore got hurt and Stephen Garcia was shown the door.
