The NBA Lockout continues....
Has anyone here noticed? How many of you care that there’s not going to be any professional basketball until at least January? Is there a point when you would start caring?
Personally, after not really caring about the NBA at all for a while, I’ve jumped on the Thunder bandwagon fairly hardcore, meaning I went to a few games when my Dad got free tickets and experienced the awesome atmosphere, planned daily activities around playoff games, checked most box scores, and watched regular season games if they were on and had nothing else to do.
So considering OKC’s stock is continuing to rise and KD is one of the most fun players in the league to watch, I’m actually kind of sad this whole lockout thing is going down. Plus, it’s kind of fun to turn on a game and see all the guys that I followed so closely when they played in the NCAA, even if they’re just half-assing it until the 4th quarter. Thoughts?

I used to make hamburger patties for the Derb...
We’d have that machine running(in the Meats Lab) 8 hours a day a week to fill their order. It used to be quicker, but yeah I accidentally broke it one time and it runs much slower.

I suppose a random thread is a good place for this...
I won’t be able to tune in to the KU or OU games – prior obligations blah blah blah. However, first chance I get I plan to find out how it went and celebrate (or mourn) appropriately. Now that I’ve typed this, I’m not really sure why it needs said… I don’t report to anyone or have to meet deadlines at BOTC. Anyways, it’s typed so here it is. In all cases, let’s go ’Cats!!

I watched Letterman before this, and he as really gone down hill.
Wow. I watched the entire second half of his show and didn’t laugh once. I thought the fat Chris Christie jokes were just childish and not even very good childish jokes at that.

yea that's probably my vote too
the Aggieville get up would be cool, but it would have really no tie to the university, which I think would be a shame to not represent the best way you could…but 18 yr old kids are interested in a bunch of different things that’s for sure.
