Wildcats to Make Eight TV Appearances
Kansas State women's basketball will make eight television appearances during the upcoming 2010-11 season, with four of those contests airing to a national audience on either FSN or ESPN2.
The Kansas State athletic department also has finalized game times for a majority of the home schedule.

While working on a story about Punt, Pass, and Kick, I learned that Kendra Wecker was a national PPK finalist.

I met her when she first arrived on campus, back in 95 I believe. I was a sophomore, and she came into this little bookstore where I was working. I recognized her from the newspaper story on her arrival, and said hello. I was coaching basketball at a little private school (Flint Hills Christian) back then, and we talked shop for a bit. She could not have been nicer.
