A total of 10 non-conference home games, including three in a seven-day period to start the season, highlight the remainder of the 2010-11 Kansas State men's basketball schedule released Friday by athletic department officials. "We think that we have assembled the best non-conference schedule of our tenure at K-State," said head coach Frank Martin. "Our philosophy has always been that you have to challenge your ball club in the preseason in order to prepare them for such a great league as the Big 12. We think that we have done that again with quality non-conference games against Virginia Tech, Gonzaga, Washington State, Florida and UNLV."
