FanAssist Text Service to Debut Sept. 4
Fans needing assistance at K-State athletic events will have the ability to connect immediately with guest services representatives through a new text message service debuting when the Wildcats open the football season Sept. 4 at Bill Snyder Family Stadium, department officials announced Tuesday.
The FanAssist text service, operated by FanDriveMedia, is another customer service initiative for K-State fans that will allow them to report an emergency, seek stadium information or anonymously identify an unruly fan, all using a text message.
