RPI WATCH: 3/12/2010

The Big 12 Tournament proceeded in fairly pedestrian fashion, compared to the double-bye upset madness in the Big East.

Thus, all four top seeds will face off today in two match-ups of ranked teams that only will be on the Big 12 Network.

Have I mentioned that this conference's TV package sucks?

Meanwhile, the third time was the charm for UNLV, which finally beat Utah this season to proceed to the next round of the Mountain West Tournament.

Also, Alabama beat South Carolina for the second straight time to advance to a match-up today with No. 2 Kentucky.

UAPB 46, ASU 44 -- Final

And the Golden Lions are above .500! A win tomorrow would clinch a winning season, regardless of what happens in the tournament.

Hell yes!

But more importantly, a win tomorrow and they’re in the tournament.

want to see.

UAPB in the tourney!
