Senior Denis Clemente was named the Phillips 66 Big 12 Co-Player of the Week, along with Oklahoma State's James Anderson, on Monday, in an announcement by the league office. Clemente, who earned the weekly honor for the second time in the last three weeks, helped run the Wildcats' winning streak to five games with victories over Nebraska (91-87) and Oklahoma (83-68) this past week. He averaged 24.0 points on 53.1-percent shooting (17-of-32), including 47.4 percent (9-of-19) from 3-point range, in the two wins, with 4.5 assists, 1.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 36.5 minutes per game. He scored at least 20 points in each game and now has scored 20 or more points in four of the last five outings.
