Apparently being named the ACC coach of the year wasn't enough for Ralph Friedgen to keep his job at Maryland when James Franklin(yes the great architect of the Freeman to Nelson combo or something like that)went to take the head coaching job at Vanderbilt. Apparently Leach is in according to a couple sources though I haven't heard official confirmation. I'm sure someone else might have posted this and many of you had probably seen it, but I hadn't seen it so I figured I'd share the link from Orangebloods(isn't Chip Brown usually wrong?). Am I the only one who is kind of a fan of the crazy pirate of the high plains?
