In case you missed it, Austin Meek is down in Miami tracing Frank Martin's path to coaching a top-10 college basketball team.  Along the way, he's already talked to Shakey Rodriguez, who picked Frank as his replacement at Miami High years ago.

Despite his injury, William Powell still finished the season as the nation's top kickoff returner.  Check out the rest of the article, too, there are some classic Bill Snyder responses to the QB situation and dealing with New York traffic.

Posted in the comments yesterday, but it's worth a re-post.  The Miami Herald has a good story about Frank Martin.  I hadn't heard about this new restaurant in Manhattan.  Will definitely have to check it out next time I'm in town.

This is awesome.  On the day of the Pinstripe Bowl, half of the Empire State Building will be purple and white.  If any of you are there, please get some pictures and post them here.  By the way, before I forget, the Syracuse blog on SB Nation is Troy Nunes is an Absolute Magician.  Sean does a tremendous job over there, so check it out if you want to know more about the Orange.

Missouri suspended guard Michael Dixon yesterday for the classic "violation of team rules."
