KU has hired Tulsa athletic director Bubba Cunningham to replace Lew Perkins in Lawrence.  No word yet on whether he'll have to change his name from Bubba so he doesn't seem "like such a K-State hick" to fit in with the crowd down the river.

Oklahoma State offensive coordinator Dana Holgerson has left Stillwater for West Virginia, where he'll be the offensive coordinator and head-coach-in-waiting.

Last week, we mentioned that Marcus Denmon played for Mizzou after his cousin was shot and killed in Kansas City.  Yesterday, at Marion Denmon's funeral, more shots were fired.  Get a grip, people.
