I had a Borders gift card about a month back that I thought, 'hey I'll see what this Death to the BCS is all about' so I bought it.  I'm not completely done reading it, but there are definitely some things I disagree with/think is weak logic used at some points in the book.  Don't get me wrong, I want a college football playoff I just don't like their format.  I won't get into specifics now since that isn't the point.  I plan on breaking down chapter by chapter my disagreements sometime when it's slow for college sports like the summer.  But as I've been reading it, I'm surprised how many times the +1 scenario has been seriously presented, so that got me thinking...

If you knew the only way to an 8 (my vote) or 16 team playoff was sitting through as many years of a +1 format as we have the current BCS (12, 13 years) would you be for it?
