Fall World Series Open to Public

Kansas State baseball will hold three intrasquad games next week, giving fans the opportunity to preview the 2011 Wildcats — all Fall World Series games will be open to the public. The Fall World Series is the culmination of more than a month’s worth of practice to prepare for the upcoming season, which begins Feb. 18, 2011, with a three-game series against Pacific in Stockton, Calif. The series will begin Oct. 19, while game two will be held Oct. 21. The series will conclude the next day, Oct. 22. All games will begin at 6 p.m. and will be played at Tointon Family Stadium.
