Colon out with Broken Hand
Minor setback for the senior, but not a good way to start off the season.
At least he was working out - and not trying to punch out a cornerback.....

Interesting story because Colon was just involved in a fight in Aggieville behind Tubby’s last Thursday night, where he may or may not have punched someone in the face. Still up in the air whether it was him or his next door neighbor, but he was definitely involved. No surprise, can’t stand watching him play anyways, and he is consistently a bad representation of K-State.

Got any proof?
I’m not cool with trashing players on here unless you can back it up. We’re not ksufans.com, dude.
Other than the incident at Cal his freshman year, I’d say Luis has been a much better representative of K-State than, say, Sherron Collins or Tyshawn Taylor.

At this point...
…this is unconfirmed by media, but I know Gigs personally and he’s not the type of person to start rumors for personal glory online. Colon’s been a much-improved citizen the last two years, but his first year was rocky in more ways than one.
Let’s hope the timing is just a coincidence

Alright, let's say he did something
If so, I’m not worried, because Frank will take care of it.
I still have a problem with this:
he is consistently a bad representation of K-State
No worse than some of the stuff Denis Clemente has done. I mean, it’s not like we’re talking about Jason Benneck here.

I should clarify
Obviously, he had serious issues early on (some of which I forgot about, to be honest). But as far as I am aware, he’s been pretty well behaved for at least a year (until now, supposedly). I don’t think that really meets the definition of “consistently.”
Dezmon Briscoe, for instance, consistently is in trouble. Tyrel Reed, not so much. There are levels of distinction.
Regardless, let’s just wait for the facts to come out (and arrests, if any have to be made) before passing too much judgment. Can we all agree at least on that much?

Yes, we agree on that
Like Gigs said, he may or may not have been involved. But he was at least present.

That's why I'm not saying a word on this matter
until things are clarified. All we know know is that it can from working out – that means we should all hope for a speedy recovery.

Yes, all I did was say was that he was present. The person I know who got his nose broken got hit from behind, the only two people behind him were Colon, and his neighbor, who happened to be with Colon. And in my opinion he has been a bad representation of K-State in the past. I won’t lie though, I’ve always been one to give more leeway to a player that actually contributes.

Well, fair enough
I’ve always been one to give more leeway to a player that actually contributes
I’m sure all of us will admit to cringing when they heard “K-State player breaks hand,” but then heard it was Colon and felt at least a shred of relief that it wasn’t Judge or Kelly.
