Burnt Orange Nation: Two-A-Days
With practice starting across the country, this is a must-read, especially for anyone who hasn't played football at even a moderately high level (yeah, I quit in middle school). BON's 54b played for Texas in the mid-90s, and offers his insight into what Two-A-Days are like.

Good read
While I never played at the college level, the last time I played football was my junior year at a high school in Colorado. The end of two-a-days was marked by an event called ‘County Fair’. It lasted about 1 hour, but there were no breaks during this time. It was about 6 or so stations of exercises (3-man roll, cherry pickers, etc.) with sprinting between each station after a period of time. I’m pretty sure I wanted to die afterwards.

Onward forever, Hail Victory!
