K-State Slate: 5/12/2009
Click the jump for your daily K-State Wildcats news fix.
Baseball
- Apparently, KSU's poor showing this weekend against Texas Tech didn't hamper them in the polls.
- The final game in the KSU/KU baseball series will be televised on Sunday.
AD Search
- Austin Meek gives us another name: Nebraska Assistant AD, Marc Boehm. He also insinuates that he's from Topeka. I don't know how I feel about that. He may steal our car stereo system. Well, that would be an upgrade from raping the entire department budget, which Wefald and Krause seemed to do a good job of on their way out.

A NY Times blogger is counting down the top 120 FBS football teams for the upcoming year...
I’m a little amazed at the amount of information he publishes for each team, especially considering the fact he’s starting from the bottom of the ranking. Here is the first Big 12 team…
Hail to the Purple, Hail to the White
Wildcat in spirit, Wildcat in fight
Hail Alma Mater from sea to sea
Onward forever, Hail Victory!

It’s the 2nd bullet. I love Nebraska articles lol. The state’s hatred for Snyder and KSU continues as they pick us last below Iowa State. I’m not sure he’s got any correct. I’d like to go back to this in late November.
Wildcat for life
Baylor to finish 4th in the South....
Yeah I don’t think so. “Hot Tub” will face his sophomore slump as he is losing 2 all-star O-Linemen.
Baylor will match their win total from last year – 4. If yeah end up with 5 total wins, I’d say that season would be a huge success.
