RPI WATCH: 12/08/2009
Another pretty quiet night — but it's the calm before the winter storm, as they say.
A trio of K-State's January Big 12 opponents were in action Monday, and one of them had a closer-than-expected result at home. See who it was after the jump.

A few things...
I thought CU looked improved at times…obviously they have stumbled a bit as of late – not quite there, but improving.
Is Tech the real deal? Not expecting a Big 12 Title, but with a .500 conference record, they might make the tourney with that RPI (It will only get better).
I am glad we are in the North, those south teams are going to be tough! Give me two wins over Nebraska, ISU, CU ..and a couple tough ones against Missouri and KU ..I will be stoked.
Colorado is better, but probably still 12th
Tech… hard to say. They still haven’t played anybody other than Washington, and they haven’t played outside of Texas yet, either.
Tonight’s game at TCU will be interesting. Trap game for sure. How will they handle the increased attention?
Bracket usually puts a link, but forgot to this time
He goes here to get the RPI numbers.
