RPI WATCH: 12/10/2009
WTF, Mizzou?
Other than that clunker, our other opponents performed pretty much as expected Wednesday night — which mostly was positive for us, as evidenced by our eye-popping, single-digit numbers.

Who the heck is Culver-Stockton?
And how bad do they have to be to be absolutely crushed by Western Illinois?
From Wikipedia:
Culver-Stockton College is a private, residential, four-year, liberal arts college located in Canton, Missouri. Culver-Stockton College offers a liberal arts education with practical learning experiences. The campus is located on 140 acres (0.6 km2) on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. Culver-Stockton College was founded as Christian University in 1853. As of fall 2006, the college enrolled 853 students (FTEs).
My high school graduating class was bigger than that (and probably fielded a better basketball team….)

Now that's taking curiosity to a whole new level
But if it helps get WIU back to a winning record, I won’t begrudge it.
That's not crushed...
this is crushed:
Harold Alfond Arena (Orono, ME)
1 2 Final
Maine Presque Isle (0-1) 19 39 58
Maine (4-4) " 70 63 133
70-19 in the first half. Holy Shit.
At least they scored more than 36 points!
I expect a little more consider they have about double the amount of students (1600) than Culver-Stockton and they are apart of a bigger university (U of Maine).
Thank you wikipedia…
