At 11:30 a.m. CDT, Nebraska takes on Baylor in Waco, as the Huskers desperately try to get something to go right for them on offense. Shortly thereafter, Missouri and Colorado square off in snowy Boulder, with Missouri still seeking its first conference win. This afternoon, Iowa State travels to College Station to face Texas A&M, and a win would immediately vault the Cyclones into serious discussion regarding who will win the North. Also down in Texas today, the team down the river travels to the South Plains to meet Texas Tech. The night action includes our game and the big showdown in Stillwater, with Texas taking on Oklahoma State.

Look at it this way:
KU and KSU both gave up 42.
We scored more points than KU’s supposed all-world offense in a more hostile venue and against a much better defense.
Oh, and we made a better game of it against OU in their stadium than KU did in Lawrence.
So who’s the better team again?

My hometown had its biggest festival of the year this week and it’s just been insane at work.
I’ll make it up this week. In fact, look for two a week from here on out, because I want to try and finish them all before Thanksgiving, which is when the “big” noncon games and tourneys all start. Not much point previewing a team when it already has 4-5 games under its belt, ya know?
