Around SBN: Jeremy Lin Continues Rampage, New York Wins On Road

From the great Joe Posnanski. Apparently no one told Crosby that BCS schools ranked #3 can claim the "no respect" card.

Nice

Kind of reminds me of Rock M Nation’s “Sooner Disrespect Chronicles.” I about fell off my couch when Sam Bradford was talking about how Mizzou was disrespecting them all week before that game.

Thank you for linking to that.

That is hilarious. It’s getting way too easy for players and coaches to pull the “no respect” card. As Posnanski points out, it’s done so much that everyone thinks they are required to say it after a big win. Almost like they feel more justified in their win if they make people think they’ve been disrespected all year.

STOOPS: (still yelling) WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? I’M LISTENING TO GENESIS! PHIL COLLINS IS ABOUT TO HIT HIS DRUM SOLO ON “INVISIBLE TOUCH!”

There's another one, too

But I couldn’t open it because my work Internet filter thinks it is a web site for a certain activity that takes place prominently in a Nevada city that goes by the initials “LV” (sorry, don’t want to ruin this site for my work filter, just in case that g-word is the reason.

After reading the title of the post

I can’t help think of Texas as Rodney Dangerfield……

Man do I hate Longhorn fans, well except for the ones that actually went there.
