Houston Quarterback Considering K-State?
Take this information with a grain of salt because it's an unofficial rumor from a friend of mine who follows college football recruiting a lot more closely than I.
Houston Madison quarterback Broderick Thomas, Jr., may be interested in playing for Bill Snyder at K-State. Thomas is the son of the former Nebraska great of the same name, and it's my understanding that Nebraska was in the lead for Thomas' services, and maybe they still are. But my source informed me that Thomas may be interested in K-State, in part because we will be returning to a spread attack that will emphasize quarterback running.
I watched Thomas play this fall when Madison took on Pearland at Reliant Stadium in the season opener. He played fairly well for the most part, ripping off several big runs and making some nice throws. The overall numbers weren't great, as the linked article shows, but Thomas definitely has some serious athletic ability.
Oh, and if you were wondering if you'd heard of Houston Madison before, you probably have. That's where Vince Young went to high school.

Strange that he has no stars or college choices...
Qualifying risk? Slipped past the notice of Rivals?

He transferred a year or two ago...
…not sure if that had anything to do with it. I’m not really sure why they don’t have more info on him.
