Since I'm not a writer of any sort - I'll let Mr. Meek say what I think about Frank. I think he's dead on with this.

I think this says it best
The sideline is their domain, and they have the right to coach however they see fit. But a line is crossed the moment chair hits hardwood, fist hits chin or flag hits turf. Whether you’re Bob Knight, Woody Hayes or Bo Pelini, certain sideline behavior warrants public scrutiny.

Man do I hate Longhorn fans, well except for the ones that actually went there.

Always have liked Meek

And he’s right, Frank isn’t crossing any lines. Maybe he isn’t very camera friendly, but is it on him to coach differently, or on the TV producers to not put the camera on him when something goes wrong?

Remember when Tiger Woods got caught dropping an f-bomb at the US Open on Saturday morning one year? Does he need to react differently to his golf shots, or do the TV producers need to realize that closing the boom mikes is probably a good idea as soon as the shot is struck? TV should be their to relate the experience to those who can’t attend, not to change the way the action unfolds.

We'll carry the banner high!

Another reason to read Meek
If you’re Iowa State, why not take a look at Prince? In his first two seasons at K-State, he won seven more games than the guy who just bolted for one of the top 15 college football jobs in America.

Besides, Prince at Iowa State would add a whole new layer of intrigue to this KSU-ISU matchup at Arrowhead next season. C’mon, folks, let’s make it happen.

from his halftime ruminations against Savannah State

It’d be a really interesting series if that happened. Granted I think we would just smoke the crap outta them, but interesting none-the-less.

I think Iowa State should try for Turner Gill...

and laugh in everybody’s face.
